Booking Policy:
I take bookings through email or social media platforms (Facebook or Instagram). You can find my social media and contact details/contact form on my website under the “Contact” tab.
To secure any booking I charge a $20 deposit for all services. This deposit goes towards the total payment for your booking. If I must for any reason forego your appointment, your deposit will be refunded to you. (in any case of cancellation due to COVID-19 your deposit will be refunded). Until your deposit been paid, your booking is not secured. This means that if someone else wants to book at the same time and transfers their deposit first, they will secure that spot.
Your deposit must be paid no more than 48 hours after receiving your booking email. If your deposit has not been paid within this time frame, your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to go through the booking process again.
Information on how to pay your deposit such as the bank account number and reference will be sent to your email once you have made a booking.
The remaining cost of your booking is due before the makeup application on the day of the appointment in cash (please let me know if you need change), or by PayPal or credit/debit card. If you do not bring payment you will be turned away and your appointment will be cancelled.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:
If you choose or are forced to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please try to let me know at least 48 hours in advance. In cases of cancellation your deposit will not be refunded unless under special circumstances, and at the discretion of the makeup artist. In cases of rescheduling, your new booking must not be less than 48 hours away from the current date.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be cancelled and no refunds will be made. If you have a genuine reason for being late (such as an emergency, which must be communicated as soon as practical to the makeup artist), your deposit may be refunded at the discretion of the makeup artist, however your appointment will still be cancelled and you will have to re-book for another day.
